At Caffe Montè, we not only offer an elevated experience, but we roast at an elevation of 3800 Feet above sea level. What does this do?

The high altitude and cool thin mountain air produce a quicker, cleaner coffee roast! Just as water boils at a lower temperature at a higher altitude, coffee also roasts at a lower temperature, this creates an exquisite taste, body, and flavor profile like no other!
